Get Rookie Cards grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the tool to create custom keepsake cards from photos and stats you provide. The service is offered as-is and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

You, the parent or legal guardian, are solely responsible for the content you upload, including photos, team names, player names, and statistics. You represent that you have the right to use that content for the purpose of generating a card.

Generated cards are personal keepsakes. You may not resell, license, or distribute generated cards as official merchandise of any team, league, school, or third-party organization, and you may not present generated cards as authentic or licensed trading cards.

What we collect: your email address, your name, the sport your child plays, photos you upload, stat screenshots you upload, and the cards you generate with the tool.

How we use it: we use your information solely to render the requested card and email it to you. We do not use your data for advertising or for training models.

How long we keep it: uploaded photos and stat screenshots are retained for 30 days from the upload date and then deleted. Generated cards are retained until you delete them. Your email address is retained until you unsubscribe.

Who we share with: we share data only with service providers strictly necessary to deliver the service: OpenAI (for stat extraction from screenshots), Supabase (for storage), and Stripe (for payments). We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

How to request deletion: email spencer@flikah.com and we will remove your data from our systems.

This site is intended for use by parents and guardians, not by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

Parents and guardians who upload photos and stats of minor children represent that they have the legal authority to do so and consent to the processing of that child’s image and stats for the purpose of generating the requested card.

To request deletion of a minor child’s data, email spencer@flikah.com.

We process uploaded photos solely to render them inside the requested card design. We do not extract logos from photos, do not reuse photos in marketing without separate written consent, and do not sell or license uploaded photos to third parties.

Incidental logos in the original photo (for example, a cap, a jersey patch, or a stadium sign in the background) are not extracted, redrawn, or reused elsewhere.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay, and you will receive an emailed receipt for every purchase.

Each card is generated to order from the photo and details you submit, so a purchase is considered fulfilled once your card has been rendered and delivered to you. Because the product is custom and digital, completed orders are not refundable for change of mind.

We will refund you in full if we cannot generate your card, if the delivered card is defective or materially different from the preview, or if you were charged more than once for the same order. Email spencer@flikah.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email and a description of the problem. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Where a card has a fixable issue, we will offer a free re-render first.

Promo codes have no cash value, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time. Cards generated during the free beta are not eligible for refunds because no charge was made.

Get Rookie Cards is not affiliated with MLB, MiLB, Little League International, Topps, Panini, Bowman, Donruss, Upper Deck, Fanatics, Fanatics Collectibles, GameChanger, TeamSnap, SportsEngine, USSSA, Perfect Game, or any team, league, school, or stat platform.

Team names entered by users are user-provided text used for layout only. Official logos and protected marks are not provided by Get Rookie Cards. The site does not authenticate, grade, or sell physical trading cards.
